The Friends U Need is a non-profit organization that works with ex-offenders and disadvantaged individuals, providing them with training and skills that will aid them in re-engaging with their respective communities. We believe that everyone has the ability to change, and by proving them access to programs and trainings, we are able to give them the skills and confidence to find employment in the construction industry.
