WALK TALK

THERAPY

Walk-Talk Therapy is an open-to-all wellness offering that encourages mental and emotional healing through movement and conversation. Designed for participants of all ages, this program merges nature-based walking with supportive, guided dialogue to promote well-being from the inside out.

Benefits include:

  • Stress Relief
According to the American Diabetes Association, walking has been shown to naturally reduce stress levels and support emotional balance.

  • Mood Enhancement
Walking boosts endorphin production—natural chemicals that improve mood and help reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression.

  • Cognitive Support
As noted by Healthline, regular walking can sharpen memory, increase focus, and enhance overall brain function.

This is a space for reflection, movement, and mental reset a chance to walk and talk through life’s challenges with support nearby.
